Q: What are your rates?
A: $50 per one hour lesson.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: All students are required to give at least
24 hours notice before cancelling, otherwise they must pay for the missed lesson.
Q: What is your teaching schedule?
A: I teach anytime between noon and 9PM, Monday to Saturday.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Broadview Ave., North of Danforth,
not far from the Broadview subway station.
Q: Do you take beginners?
A: Yes, I take beginners and I enjoy teaching
beginners. As well I teach (and very much enjoy teaching) students of any age and at any level. (Parents are always welcome to attend the lessons if the student is young).
Q: What do I need to bring to the lessons?
A: Simply bring your bass and a notebook to
keep track of the various exercises and other information.
Q: Do I have to take weekly lessons?
A: The choice is yours to make - you can take weekly or bi-weekly lessons or whatever you might prefer otherwise.
Q: Are you currently accepting new students?
A: Yes, if this website is up (and it is) I
am accepting new students.
Q: Do you know where I can buy a bass?
A: I'm happy to help students find a bass, usually I will have a student bring a prospective bass to a lesson, then I can evaluate the bass and see if it suits them well. I recommend that beginners rent a bass before buying one.
Q: Do you have any basses for sale?
A: Yes, right now I have a Spector NS 2002B bass guitar and a Christopher C 204 (busetto model) double bass for sale, email me if you are interested.
